Location: London (Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite)

Purpose

Provide commercial finance support to assigned business areas. Deliver financial insight, modelling and analysis to support planning, performance and decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as finance lead for the business area.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring.
  • Produce financial analysis, modelling and business cases.
  • Provide commercial insight on revenue, costs, KPIs and profitability.
  • Support Group reporting, dashboards and financial governance.
  • Work with FP&A, Commercial Finance, Product and Operations.
  • Identify financial risks, opportunities and efficiency improvements.
  • Asset / fund management expertise – strong understanding of AuM-driven revenue, product economics, and platform profitability.
  • Advanced financial modelling & strategic analysis – budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling, and building investment cases.

Requirements

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
  • Asset / fund management expertise – strong understanding of AuM-driven revenue, product economics, and platform profitability.
  • Advanced financial modelling & strategic analysis – budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling, and building investment cases.
  • Experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A.
  • Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting skills.
  • Understanding of product economics, revenue models and cost structures (preferred).
  • Advanced Excel; strong analytical and communication capability.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and operate independently.
