Engage Partnership is working exclusively with a growing, transformation-focused organisation seeking a NetSuite Systems Lead to take ownership of its Oracle NetSuite platform. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced NetSuite Administrator, Analyst or Consultant looking to step into a role with full platform ownership, strategic influence, and exposure to significant business transformation initiatives.
The Role
As the NetSuite subject matter expert, you will be responsible for the administration, optimisation, governance and continuous improvement of the NetSuite environment. Working closely with Finance, Operations and Technology stakeholders, you will drive system performance, user adoption and platform scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary owner and escalation point for all NetSuite-related matters
- Administer and configure NetSuite modules, workflows, permissions, dashboards and reporting
- Provide advanced L2/L3 support and resolve complex system issues
- Manage the enhancement backlog, prioritising requests based on business impact
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions
- Oversee integrations between NetSuite and connected business systems
- Support release management, testing and deployment activities
- Deliver user training and maintain system documentation
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives
- Identify and address technical debt, legacy customisations and inefficient processes
- Establish and maintain NetSuite best practices, governance and architectural standards
- Advise stakeholders on optimal process design and system capabilities

- SuiteScript 1.0/2.x experience
- SuiteCloud knowledge
- Experience with integrations, middleware or iPaaS platforms
- Exposure to finance, supply chain, manufacturing or CRM environments
- NetSuite certifications
