Joining us as a trainee recruiter, we will put you on our fast track to senior programme. You’ll learn everything you need to run a high‑performing contract desk: sales, sourcing, negotiation, client development, and how to build a consistent revenue stream for yourself, month in month out.

You'll be learning from the best - our MD is still 'on the tools' and has 15 years experience building out contract teams. If you think you can emulate his success, then we want to hear from you.

Ideally you will have some sales experience, maybe you sell on the phone to customers, work in a customer retention role or work in an estate agency environment and are tired of working weekends. You may even be a recruiter who’s frustrated at the lack of progression at your current company and want to confidentially explore other opportunities.
