This role focuses on the functional delivery of Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, covering requirements gathering, business process design and system configuration to ensure successful and scalable ERP outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops to gather and define business requirements across finance and operations
  • Translate business needs into functional designs aligned to D365 Business Central capabilities
  • Configure core BC modules (Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory)
  • Support SIT/UAT, including test case creation, execution and defect resolution
  • Collaborate with technical teams, developers and data migration specialists
  • Support deployment, cutover and post go-live hypercare activities
  • Provide documentation across functional specs, process flows and configuration
