Key Responsibilities
- Lead workshops to gather and define business requirements across finance and operations
- Translate business needs into functional designs aligned to D365 Business Central capabilities
- Configure core BC modules (Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory)
- Support SIT/UAT, including test case creation, execution and defect resolution
- Collaborate with technical teams, developers and data migration specialists
- Support deployment, cutover and post go-live hypercare activities
- Provide documentation across functional specs, process flows and configuration
Key Skills
- Strong D365 Business Central functional consulting experience
- Proven involvement in end-to-end ERP implementations
- Good understanding of finance and operational processes (P2P, O2C, R2R)
- Experience with configuration and business process mapping
