Ecommerce Manager About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead and drive our online business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing ecommerce platforms, increasing sales, and enhancing customer experience. Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy aligned with overall business objectives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Set clear KPIs and targets to measure the success of ecommerce initiatives. Platform Management: Oversee the management and optimization of our ecommerce platform(s) (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce). Ensure smooth website functionality, including product listings, checkout processes, and mobile optimization. Monitor website performance and implement necessary improvements to enhance user experience. Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns. Analyze website traffic and customer behavior to optimize marketing strategies. Sales and Revenue: Drive sales growth and revenue generation through effective online marketing and promotions. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Implement strategies to increase average order value and conversion rates. Customer Experience: Prioritize customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing excellent online customer service. Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently. Implement customer feedback to enhance the overall shopping experience. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of ecommerce specialists. Assign tasks, set goals, and provide ongoing training and development. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture. Requirements: Proven experience in ecommerce management, preferably in a B2C environment. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies. Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for ecommerce and a drive to achieve results.
