We are looking to engage experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultants to support a range of ongoing and upcoming digital transformation programmes. This role is suited to consultants with strong functional expertise across D365 Finance & Operations or D365 Customer Engagement who are comfortable working remotely and contributing to full lifecycle implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirement‑gathering sessions with business stakeholders and document functional specifications.
  • Translate business processes into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions across relevant modules.
  • Configure D365 applications in line with agreed designs and best practices.
  • Produce functional design documentation, process maps, and configuration guides.
  • Support project phases including discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live optimisation.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between functional and technical components.
  • Assist with data migration activities, integration requirements, and reporting needs.
  • Deliver user training and provide support during UAT.
  • Advise on D365 roadmap capabilities and recommend improvements.

Required Experience

  • Proven background as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (F&O or CE).
  • Strong understanding of business processes in one or more areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or HR.
  • Hands‑on configuration experience within D365.
  • Ability to run workshops and engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience producing high‑quality functional documentation.
  • Understanding of integrations, data migration, and solution architecture principles.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Microsoft certifications are beneficial but not essential.
