Overview
I am hiring 3 Functional Solution Architects at junior, mid and senior levels. These roles will lead and support the delivery of enterprise-scale transformation projects from presales through design, implementation, testing and go-live. Candidates must bring strong functional expertise and experience delivering multiple end-to-end D365 F&O programmes.
Key Responsibilities (All Levels)
- Contribute to or lead presales scoping, estimation and high-level planning
- Support or own the full solution lifecycle: analysis, design, configuration, testing and deployment
- Validate solution approaches and ensure alignment with delivery methodology
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, developers and testers
- Ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met
- Work with architecture teams to maintain consistency across domains
- Support integration, data migration and security activities
Experience & Requirements (Level-Adjusted)
Junior Functional Solution Architect
- Strong functional understanding with exposure to D365 F&O implementations
- Experience supporting configuration, testing and documentation
- Interest in integrations, data migration and security concepts
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
Mid-Level Functional Solution Architect
- Hands-on experience delivering multiple D365 F&O workstreams
- Strong functional expertise with the ability to lead workshops
- Good understanding of integrations, data migration and security strategy
- Experience working with cloud services, reporting tools and DevOps practices
- Confident stakeholder engagement and ability to work independently
Senior Functional Solution Architect
- Deep functional expertise and proven leadership across full lifecycle implementations
- D365 F&O
- Ability to own solution design across multiple projects
- Strong background in integrations, data migration, security and cross-platform architecture
- Experience guiding delivery teams and validating solution approaches
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and decision-making skills
