Mortgage & Protection Advisor – Remote – £25,000K Plus Uncapped Commission structure

Based in the UK | Full‑time | Reporting to Sales Manager / Director

Responsibilities

• Deliver compliant mortgage & protection advice in line with regulatory requirements
• Achieve written business targets of £23,000 per month and cash‑in targets of £10,000+
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners
• Resolve complex cases with research and training support
• Provide outstanding service standards to clients and partners

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with high energy levels
• Desirable : Experience in new build mortgages and schemes such as Help to Buy
