We are looking for an experienced Data Lead to join one of our client's business transformation projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the manufacturing operations data workstream within a large-scale ERP transformation programme.
- Define and deliver the data migration strategy across manufacturing, supply chain, operations and logistics.
- Establish data standards, controls and governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Partner with business leaders, SMEs and project stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve issues.
- Coordinate multiple data workstreams, managing dependencies, risks and priorities.
You will have:
- Proven experience leading data workstreams within large-scale ERP transformation programmes.
- Strong knowledge of data migration, governance, cleansing and quality management.
- Experience working with ERP platforms and data migration tools.
- Understanding of ERP data structures, ETL processes, SQL and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
