Job Title: Delivery Recruitment Consultant
Location: Bristol
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We're expanding our business, and with our current team swimming in jobs, it's about time we brought in a delivery consultant.
Are you ambitious, highly organised, and have strong communication skills? Then we want YOU to join our fun, bubbly team!
No 2 days will be the same, you'll be working alongside our BDM and current delivery consultant filling a variety of roles – Tech, Ops, Marketing, Engineering etc.
From chatting with candidates to chasing up emails, it’s a great chance to push yourself in a fulfilling career. As part of this role, you will be expected to open up house accounts and have the drive to support business development where applicable.
The nitty gritties:
✅ £25-35k base dependent on experience
✅ Up to 50% commission structure, you'll be working on splits with the BDM (you'll receive 60% of every deal)
✅ 1 x WFH per week
✅ For this position you will need to have some prior recruitment experience
