Account Handler
They are a small insurance broker that is thriving in the niche they operate within. They work 100% for the client not the Insurer and that ethos is driving the business forward.
They need an experienced handler to come in and hit the ground running. You will be dealing with commercial insurers as well as some high net worth individuals. As the most senior Account Handler, you\’ll be able to put your mark on the role and lead the way for the team.
What you\’ll be doing:
You\’ll be managing a diverse portfolio of client accounts, handling policy renewals, processing amendments, and providing expert advice on coverage options. Working closely with underwriters and brokers, you\’ll be coordinating claims, ensuring compliance requirements are met, and building lasting relationships that drive client retention and new business growth.
What We\’re Looking For:
You will be an experienced Account Handler who has experience within commercial insurance. You\’ll know your way around Acturis and be able to task manage comfortably. You\’ll understand the complexities of client needs and policy requirements. You\’ll have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail for policy documentation, and the ability to explain complex insurance terms in simple language.
