As a Parts Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice and sourcing quality parts for HGV operators, workshops and fleet managers. This customer-facing position offers an excellent opportunity to develop specialist product knowledge while building relationships with clients across the South West.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise customers on appropriate HGV parts and components based on their requirements
- Process orders efficiently via telephone, email and in-person at the trade counter
- Utilise parts catalogues and technical systems to identify correct components
- Maintain accurate stock records and assist with inventory management
- Build and maintain relationships with regular trade customers
- Handle customer queries regarding parts availability, compatibility and pricing
- Work with suppliers to source specialist components when required
- Support the achievement of sales targets and business objectives
