What you’ll be doing:
- Serve as the essential link between customers and the technical team, ensuring exceptional service experiences while maximising workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Advise customers on appropriate HGV parts and components based on their requirements.
- Process orders efficiently via telephone, email and in-person at the trade counter.
- Utilise parts catalogues and technical systems to identify correct components.
- Maintain accurate stock records and assist with inventory management.
- Build and maintain relationships with regular trade customers.
- Handle customer queries regarding parts availability, compatibility and pricing.
- Work with suppliers to source specialist components when required.
- Support the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong customer service skills with a consultative approach.
- Previous experience within the commercial vehicle/automotive industry would be desirable.
- Good technical aptitude and willingness to develop product knowledge.
