As an International Sales Manager, you’ll meet the people making change happen—ministers, CEOs, innovators—and you’ll be the bridge between them and our global audience.

Tasks

What You’ll Experience:

  • Live internationally—your project assignment will take you to a new part of the world
  • Lead and attend sales meetings with top executives and government leaders
  • Build real, lasting relationships with clients across industries
  • Represent The Energy Year at key energy summits, exhibitions, and business forums
  • Deliver sales campaigns and strategic communication projects with measurable results
  • Negotiate high-value advertising and partnership deals
  • Manage a full project cycle, becoming our on-the-ground connector in your market

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • A background in international business, communications, economics or related fields
  • Full-time availability to travel and relocate internationally
  • Strong social instincts—you’re a good communicator, great listener, and relationship-builder
  • The confidence to lead conversations and close deals with high-level professionals
  • Self-drive, independence, and adaptability in new environments
  • Fluent in English (other languages like Spanish, French, or Portuguese are a plus)
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (open to sharp, motivated recent grads)
