The Energy Training Centre is a globally recognised provider of high-impact, industry-relevant training solutions. While renowned for our capabilities in the energy sector, our training programmes extend across various disciplines—including urban development, infrastructure, and commercial real estate—to support both public and private sector organisations in achieving operational excellence and workforce development.
We are currently expanding our global faculty and are seeking experienced Real Estate and Property Management Instructors to deliver high-quality training programmes across our priority markets. These engagements will focus on upskilling professionals in areas such as real estate investment, property development, facilities management, and lease administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver practical and interactive training programmes in areas such as:
- Commercial & Residential Property Management
- Lease Negotiation & Administration
- Facilities Management & Building Operations
- Real Estate Valuation and Financial Modelling
- Artificial Intelligence in Real Estate
- Sustainability in Real Estate
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate, property management, or urban development, including leadership roles in consulting, asset management, or development.
- Proven experience in training delivery or corporate learning facilitation, ideally with multinational corporations or government entities.
- Strong knowledge of international real estate practices, regional property laws, and regulatory frameworks across Middle East, Asia, or Africa.
- Experience designing and delivering training modules or workshops for adult learners across diverse cultural and industry contexts.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally for project-based training assignments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification in real estate or property management (e.g., RICS, CPM, CCIM, FIABCI, PMP with real estate focus).
- Experience working with real estate investment trusts (REITs), housing ministries, or large-scale property developers.
- Familiarity with ESG in real estate, digital property technologies (PropTech), and sustainable asset management practices.
- Advanced knowledge of lease structuring, real estate finance, and facilities operations.
