Energy Exchange is building a next-generation recruitment and talent intelligence platform focused on the global energy sector. We connect talent, recruiters, contractors, and employers across renewables, power, infrastructure, utilities, and engineering through a modern AI-enabled ecosystem.
We are now expanding the UK division and are looking for a founding Recruitment Partner to help build and scale the UK recruitment arm under the Energy Exchange brand. This is a revenue-share partnership opportunity for someone who wants to help build a modern recruitment business with long-term upside.
You will play a key role in growing Energy Exchange across the UK market, developing client relationships, driving placements, and helping shape the future direction of the platform.
