The SEN Team Lead will oversee and coordinate group-based sessions for children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will lead and support a team of SEN Support Staff, ensuring high quality delivery of activities that promote independence, social interaction, and fine and gross motor skill development. This role combines leadership, mentoring, and hands-on support to ensure every child receives the best possible experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate group-based SEN sessions for children and young people.
  • Lead and support a team of SEN Support Staff to deliver activities.
  • Ensure high quality delivery of activities that promote independence, social interaction, and motor skill development (fine and gross).
