Find out more about our business at www.theencoregroup.co.uk *Duties & Responsibilities of Die Cutter / Cut & Crease Operator:* * Set up and running of a Bobst die cutting machine in line within company targets * Achieve daily production plan * Comply with company processes and procedures * Achieve daily, monthly and annual targets for the team, KPI’s and OEE * Maintain a high level of housekeeping * Passing of own work * Work with a flexible approach and when required assist with other processes in the factory * Comply will all company health and safety procedures _*Full training as a Die Cutter / Cut & Crease Operator will be provided *_ This role would suit a driven individual with the below skills: *Preferred:* * Good problem-solving skills, whilst working under pressure * Experience of working as a team * Experience in cut and crease operations *Essential:* * Flexibility and enthusiasm to all tasks * Effective communication skills *Job Details & Benefits:* * Permanent, full time position * Hours of work are based on a continental shift pattern involving 12 hours shifts (explained at interview) * Annual Quality Bonus * Contributory Pension Scheme * Private Healthcare Scheme * Non-contributory life insurance scheme * Employee Assistance Programme *The Die Cutter / Cut & Crease Operator position is based at North West Industrial Estate in Peterlee; please ensure that you are able to get to this site before applying.* Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Additional pay: * Yearly bonus Benefits: * Company pension * Health & wellbeing programme * Life insurance * On-site parking * Private medical insurance Schedule: * 12 hour shift Work authorisation: * United Kingdom (required) Work Location: In person
