- You will be working with our head chef Chris Gillard who brings with him experience such as 12 years as executive chef at St John plus other well known kitchens as Andrew Edmonds, Quo Vardis and The Pig & Butcher.
- We use the very best suppliers such as Swaledale, Fin & Flounder and Neal’s Yard.
- We do flexible rotas with you in mind and have no early starts or late finishes.
