Your new Role
- Process bank statement transactions on a daily basis
- Processing of payments, both manual and formal payment runs (including our royalty runs)
- Take credit card transactions using Secure Trading, as well as processing the necessary refunds as required
- Record and process direct debits and standing orders
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Banking and reconciling cheques
- General administrative and ad-hoc duties
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel is essential
- Working knowledge of ERP/Accounting system is essential
- Previous experience working in a finance or treasury department, with basic accounting understanding is essential
