About the Company A successful accountancy firm based in Banbury with multiple offices in the Midlands is looking for an experienced Audit Manager and an Accounts and Audit Senior to join their team. You’ll get to be part of a highly reputable firm with a clear progression plan to become a Partner if you wish to eventually. Your new role As an Audit Manager, you will manage a portfolio of clients, providing a cost-effective, timely, and quality service. In addition to client management, the role will contribute to overall practice development, particularly in auditing, accounts preparation, and outsourcing work for corporate and NFP clients. What you’ll need to succeed You must be ACA or ACCA qualified (or have equivalent experience), with ideally a minimum of 4 years post qualification experience within an audit practice environment. A minimum of 3 years of experience managing staff within a practice environment is desirable (management experience not required for Audit Senior role). What you’ll get in return You will receive a competitive salary ranging between £55-65k, but very open to seeing CVs at all levels. Hybrid working will be available with two days working from home.
