About the Company
Two innovative, globally recognised businesses have merged to create a dedicated Smart Manufacturing division within a PLC. With revenues of £10–12m and ambitious growth plans, the company is now seeking a proven leader to take the business to its next stage - someone with the experience of having successfully done it before.
Your new role as Finance Director:
- Act as a core member of the Executive Management Team of the division, influencing divisional strategy, investment decisions, and business planning
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for UK and Ireland operations to support growth, profitability, and compliance
- Deliver financial and operational performance
- Ensure robust financial controls
- Oversee core business systems, including ERP and financial software
What you'll need to succeed:
- Qualified Financial Controller/Finance Director (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a senior finance leader within smart manufacturing, technology, distribution or advanced engineering
- Experience within a similar-sized organisation, with a demonstrable record of driving business growth and supporting strategic expansion
