Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company at one or multiple permanent event venues in London, providing top quality AV support.
  • Operate and maintain professional video, lighting and audio equipment.
  • Provide the best in class customer service on-site and remotely.
  • Support everything from board meetings to up to 200 person events.
  • Providing solutions for any technical challenge on events.
  • Transport and setup of video, lighting, and audio equipment as required.
  • Work with an internal team of Event Producers, Project Managers, Designers, and Video Producers, and coordinate freelance production crew.
  • Assist staff with pulling, staging, and striking audio/visual equipment for events.
  • Assess technical and on-site health and safety risks, be alert for live issues on event days and be primed to react accordingly.

Requirements:

  • 1-3+ Years of AV Production or Broadcast Industry Experience.
  • Proficient in audio equipment; Proficient in video equipment; Knowledge of different video standards.
  • Technical knowledge of common video equipment and common workflows.
  • Creative and curious.
  • Knowledge and experience operating a variety of large and small-scale audio events.
  • Video cameras and film lighting knowledge.
