The Opportunity

Location: Brighton

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience + discretionary bonus

Working: 5 days per week in the office

The company distributes collectable items to 'super fan' customers, in the UK and further afield. They have grown significantly in the last 12 months, it is an exciting place to work if you like a challenge! They are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast paced, varied environment. You’ll work closely with the team, working on a blend of admin, operations, logistics and customer support tasks — keeping everything smooth, on time, and properly tracked.

  • Operations
  • Fulfillment of orders, processing orders quickly and efficiently, ensuring high quality
  • Learn processes, then bring your own ideas to improve ‘how they do things’
  • Spot issues and fix them before they become problems
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, contracts, and vendor relationships
  • Help to onboard new hires
  • Keep the workspace tidy and organised
  • Finance & Administration
  • Process invoices, reconcile transactions, liaise with our accountant if required
  • Keep records tidy: expenses, stock purchases, contracts
  • Ensure that stock levels are accurate, and reflected on the relevant system
  • Provide occasional PA-style support to the founders
  • Customer Service / Marketing
  • Manage shared email inboxes and respond to customers with speed, care and clarity
  • Work across platforms and handling multiple conversations at once
  • Process orders, refunds, and returns accurately and efficiently
  • Update CRM and order systems with clean, current data
  • Work on social media and website marketing content

The Person

  • ~2 years+ administrator or customer service experience
  • ~Passion for ‘super fan’ products is strongly desired (celebrity culture, film, music, collectables), some previous experience working in these industries is desired but not essential
  • ~Shopify and Commerce experience is important
  • ~Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail
  • ~Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • ~Dynamic self-starter, proactive and makes things happen
  • ~Business acumen, bringing ideas to improve performance
  • ~Excellent relationship builder
  • ~Resilience, ability to work to tight deadlines
  • ~Positive, can-do attitude
