Main duties and responsibilities:- Produce all necessary food for all food service operations as required as instructed by the Head Breakfast Chef and Sous Chef.
- Ordering of food for the section in the absence of the Head Breakfast Chef.
- Maintain the quality and quantity control in all aspects, from portion control to freshness of the product presented.
- Ensure that all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe, and to the correct quantity.
- Ensure that all dishes reach the pass correctly garnished, the correct portion and size, presented on the prescribed serving dish in the prescribed manner.
- Follow abc kitchens and The Emory standards of service and delivery, maintaining budget goals, LQA and Forbes standards.
