Main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide a full range of massage treatments to clients (male and female) to the standard required by The Emory including deep tissue, shiatsu and pressure point massage.
- Ensure that all treatments are delivered to the highest standard and LQA and Forbes standards are always adhered to.
- Ensure all clients are greeted in an appropriate manner and to The Emory standards.
- Ensure that all complaints are dealt with in a reasonable, tactful and efficient way, referring complaints when necessary to the Health Club Manager.
- Confidently recommend and sell retail home care products and reach targets given by the Spa management.
- You may be required to provide any other reasonable Spa treatments to guests of which you are qualified to perform, e.g. manicure/pedicure, waxing, etc.
- Contribute in maintaining an excellent level of service in conjunction with the minimum requirement of the LQA standards at all times.
