Situated on Knightsbridge and overlooking Hyde Park, The Emory will present 61 contemporary suites set over nine floors.
As a
Spa Attendant you will carry out cleaning and tidying duties as per the Spa Attendant’s Task List or as required maintaining the highest standards of tidiness, cleanliness and hygiene throughout the Club and Spa.
Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to
- To replenish guest supplies in the in ladies and gentlemen’s changing areas and toilet facilities on all floors of Surrenne.
- To check and tidy as required all areas of the Club, including picking up and disposing of dirty laundry, used guest supplies and rubbish.
- To collect and deliver dirty laundry according to Linen Room opening times.
To distribute and replenish lockers and linen cupboards with clean laundry.
To take responsibility for the Club’s Laundry supplies by constantly checking the guest areas.
If required assist with the counting and stock taking of laundry.
- To assist with the taking of orders, service and clearing up of food and beverage items when required including fruit bowl, tea and water stations.
- To always greet guests, respond immediately to any guest request or enquiry.
- Contribute in maintaining an excellent level of service in conjunction with the minimum requirement of the LQA standards at all times.
