Main duties and responsibilities:- To be immaculately presented and well-groomed at all times.
- To be able to make and present drinks, cocktails, wine to standards set by Emory Bar and Bar 33.
- To maintain and carry out the cleaning duties to the standard set by the bar SOPs.
- To maintain par stock levels and order required wines and spirits following the bar requisitioning procedures.
- To correctly fill out and update the par stock system in the bar storage.
- To assist in stocktaking of the Bar and keep tight stock control.
- To have a thorough understanding of and adhere to the Licensing laws.
- To have mise-en-place ready before service.
- To have full knowledge of the food and drink sold in the bar.
- To assist in creating new cocktail list.
- To be able to operate all equipment used for the bar.
- To ensure that copy of cellar order is left for inspection.
- To ensure that all drinks transfers are signed and copy is left for manager.
