Main duties and responsibilities
- Ensure they have full and detailed knowledge of all menus at all times and to contribute confidently in briefings and to guests.
- Whenever possible, to anticipate guests needs to enhance quality service to heighten client satisfaction and to encourage others to deliver the same.
- Ensure all Mise-en-place is in good order and prepared at all times during service to maintain good speed of service and quality.
- Minimise guest recovery and complaints wherever possible through organised and professional service.
- Perform any other related duties or special tasks as requested by Management, ensuring seamless service for guests
- Ensure that all goods are put away correctly and neatly and that all areas area cleaned according to the cleaning schedule.
- Follow abc kitchens and The Emory standards of service and delivery, maintaining budget goals, LQA standards and Forbes standards.
