Join our team at Emmerdale Village Tours. Our guests get to head to the Yorkshire Dales for an unforgettable experience taking them behind the scenes of Emmerdale. They get to walk in the footsteps of their favourite characters as they explore the beautiful countryside setting of their favourite soap.
As a member of our team, you will work across both our Tour Guide and Guest Services teams to deliver outstanding experiences for our guests ensuring their time with us is a memorable one. On your Guest Services shifts you will use your vibrant personality to greet and host our guests giving them the warmest of welcomes and a reason to return. On your Tour Guide shifts you will be using a mix of expert knowledge and humour to host and deliver scripted content with an injection of your own creative flair.
We are looking for people who enjoy being centre stage and bags of personality is a must. This role will offer the right candidate the opportunity to be part of a team to have fun delivering exceptional guest experience.
