Pensions Actuarial Analyst – Projects & Pricing

As part of growing their BPA business, they are looking for a number of analyst roles to support their Operations, Pricing, and Proposition & Projects teams. * Location: Hertfordshire/Bristol/London * Category: Actuarial / Pensions * Type: Permanent Key Duties (Including but not limited to): * Review pension scheme reports and data to compile data schedules and benefit specifications between the Company and Scheme Trustees, ensuring completeness and accuracy, including legislative compliance. * Utilize actuarial concepts and models to calculate premiums, premium true-ups, trivial commutations, and other member options using actuarial processes, modeling systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools. * Create quality reports to facilitate understanding of results and analysis, supporting downstream activities such as administration updates, reinsurance accounting, premium adjustments, project planning, and resource tracking. * Maintain strong technical skills with an understanding of Defined Benefit pension schemes and legislative requirements. * Develop awareness of the UK regulatory environment. * Build relationships and earn trust and respect at all organizational levels. #J-18808-Ljbffr
