- Challenging and improving their existing risk pricing processes, driving claims savings & improved risk selection and ensuring an accurate & fair risk price is charged.
- Identifying opportunities to significantly improve the way they work across their pricing team.
- Line managing and supporting the career and development of actuarial colleagues.
- Working with their stakeholders to leverage machine learning and AI opportunities in data modelling.
- Leading actuarial projects to delivery experience.
