To assist with the completion of market model evaluation(s) to inform and update the Company\'s internal view of risk, making recommendations for frequency and\\or severity adjustments where appropriate

  • To ensure exposure data standards are well understood by Underwriting and actively monitored.
  • To report and make data quality recommendations highlighting areas for improvement.
  • To drive process efficiencies by embedding technology.
  • To contribute towards a strategic roadmap, ensuring profitable portfolio growth and optimisation.
  • Excellent academic qualifications with a degree essential.
  • Minimum 4 years’ catastrophe modelling experience.
  • Experience of major vendor models RMS and/or AIR essential.
  • Previous experience of catastrophe modelling and\\or exposure management in the Lloyds market.
  • Experience of / proficiency in the use of mapping / analytical software, QGIS, Spatial Key etc. desirable.
