They’re looking for a Junior Machine Learning (ML) Operations Engineer to contribute to and enable high frequency, high quality and high accuracy rating changes to Python deployments for their business.
Location: Manchester
Type: Permanent
Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
- Contribute to the development and operation of Python rating engines and related analysis/testing work as part of ML Operations team
- Help to enable P&A department to deliver value via contributing to seamless, efficient and controlled, through harmonious and simple routes for rating changes
- Develop tools for the team and external teams to increase their rating capability
- Contribute to architectural and technical documentation
Requirements:
- Excellent logical reasoning skills with a degree in a mathematical/technical related (e.g.: Mathematics, Computer Science, or Physics) or evidence of equivalent proficiency
- Demonstrable experience in previous data science or software roles
- Critical and analytical approach to problem structuring
- Ability to continually learn and develop
