Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
- Pricing Strategy Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of pricing models and strategies for travel insurance products
- Data Analysis: Analyse large datasets to identify trends, customer behaviour, and pricing opportunities using GLM (Generalized Linear Models)
- Software Utilization: Utilize tools such as Emblem and Radar (Live) to develop, test, and refine pricing algorithms and models
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis to understand market positioning and identify areas for improvement
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
Experience in a pricing, analytics or financial role, preferably in the insurance or travel industry
Proficiency in using GLM techniques and experience with pricing software, particularly Emblem and Radar Live
Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, R/Python desirable)
