Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
- Underwrite HNW cases in accordance with the Company’s underwriting philosophy and quality standards
- Meet and support brokers to help manage key large cases through the underwriting process
- Liaise with their reinsurers to ensure successful placement of business
- Work with their sales teams to develop bespoke financial underwriting solutions for key clients
- A sound knowledge of the reinsurance and retrocession aspects of this business
- Existing relationships and credibility with advisors who work in this market
- A very high level of credibility and influence with the reinsurance market
