Lead and manage the Company's Partnership Team, responsible for engaging and managing the Company's capital partners from a portfolio management perspective.

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):

  • Oversee existing processes/frameworks that allow the Company’s Partnership Team to effectively communicate capital partner(s) portfolios.
  • Enhance such frameworks and ensure the structure for servicing partners within the Company continues to be effective, and consistent, as the capital partner base grows.
  • Ensure underwriting appetite is clearly communicated between the Company and capital partners and appropriate controls are implemented to adhere with the underwriting authority and SLA reporting requirements, as agreed within the binding authorities.
  • Assist in developing effective working relationships with capital partners based on trust and in line with Company values.
  • Oversee the team in monitoring the partner portfolios against the target portfolios.
  • Manage team resources to deliver workload with effective delegation of tasks, prioritisation and management of key stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective and concise communication of technical content and key messages for senior stakeholders and external audiences as required.
  • Serve as a resource for best practice, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing change functional areas, considering the impact on relevant stakeholders.
