To build and maintain broker relationships by offering a high level of customer service and to work closely and effectively with the team and your team leaders to ensure that all work is completed within SLA’s.

Key Responsibilities(including but not limited to):
- Provide brokers with their renewal invites for all products including
- Work through any renewals queries for your panel of brokers in a timely manner
- Action all Mid Term Adjustments and Cancellations for your brokers and clients
- Large case management for renewals over £5,000 and above
- Act as a referral point for Underwriting Assistants within the Team
- Cert CII or ACII qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years Commercial Underwriting experience (commercial property and casualty)
- Good organisational skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel
