Aligned to each digitised service developed, the solution architect is responsible for working with product owners and the IT team to define feasible product options to meet common customer requirements, develop and standard the approach to deployment; engage with customers during the sales process to define the appropriate solution for them and to mobilise their delivery partners and internal resources to deliver them for customers.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Responsible for the development and definition of customer requirements with regards to Digital Services, starting with Intelligent Risk Capture.
- Working with Product Owners, accountable for the development of product and service options aligned to common customer challenges, the technical definition of product requirements to meet these challenges.
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of architecture documentation, diagrams, and roadmaps aligned with all Digitised Services, including the documentation of IP – e.g. data schema and / or prompts.
- Supports the Digital Delivery lead in delivering Digitised Services to the market, working actively with delivery teams to define the appropriate service option and deliver on time to the customer.
