Claims Specialist – Wholesale Financial Lines – 27842

Primarily responsible for the management, strategy and process for the notification, agreement, collection and successful settlement of a portfolio of Financial Lines claims Location: London or Chelmsford/Hybrid Category: Claims Type: Permanent Key Duties (including but not limited to): First notification of loss for D&O, PI and Crime claims Negotiation and liaison with markets, clients, placement teams, specialists, network offices, underwriters and appointed authorities (loss adjusters, lawyers etc) Conduct data analysis to establish the claims history for a particular client or business portfolio, and to identify trends and patterns in claims for a client or business segment Negotiate the payment and settlement of claims with clients and underwriters Experience Dealing with claims from First Notification of Loss to resolution Knowledge of Financial Lines Claims and confidence to coordinate and initiate discussions with their networks, clients, underwriters and experts Experience of the CLASS and ECF Processing system (preferable) #J-18808-Ljbffr
