As part of growing their BPA business, they are looking for a number of analyst roles to support their Operations, Pricing, and Proposition & Projects teams.

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):

  • Review pension scheme reports and data to compile data schedules and benefit specifications between the Company and Scheme Trustees, ensuring completeness and accuracy, including legislative compliance.
  • Utilize actuarial concepts and models to calculate premiums, premium true-ups, trivial commutations, and other member options using actuarial processes, modeling systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
  • Create quality reports to facilitate understanding of results and analysis, supporting downstream activities such as administration updates, reinsurance accounting, premium adjustments, project planning, and resource tracking.
  • Maintain strong technical skills with an understanding of Defined Benefit pension schemes and legislative requirements.
  • Develop awareness of the UK regulatory environment.
  • Build relationships and earn trust and respect at all organizational levels.
