The Emerald Group Ltd is seeking a senior Capital professional to lead the Capital Team, manage the Internal Model (IM) development and validation, and provide actuarial input to business planning and risk processes.
You will coordinate with underwriting, pricing, reinsurance and finance, oversee resource planning, training and staff development, and ensure governance of model documentation and outputs.
