Senior Claims Advocate – Warranty & Indemnity

Location

London, Hybrid

Purpose

  • Manage the strategy, process and successful settlement of W&I and wider Financial Lines claims on behalf of major clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage W&I claims from first notification through to resolution.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, underwriters, markets, brokers and appointed experts.
  • Coordinate lawyers, loss adjusters and other specialists where required.
  • Analyse claims data to identify trends and patterns across client portfolios.
  • Negotiate claim payments and settlements.
  • Coordinate settlement discussions between clients, underwriters and representatives.
  • Support strategy on contentious and complex claims.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience handling claims from FNOL through to resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of W&I claims and Financial Lines.
  • Confident managing discussions with clients, underwriters, networks and experts.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
