Senior Claims Adjuster - Marine

Position: Senior Claims Adjuster Location: West Midlands
Industry: Insurance (Casualty Claims)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of complex liability claims, primarily in the UK and Ireland.
Handle claims exceeding £250,000 in value.
Maintain oversight of outsourced claims handling.
ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with referral procedures.
Act as a point of contact for stakeholders across the business.

Required Skills and Experience:
Extensive technical claims handling experience in the UK.
Background in managing high-value and multi-jurisdictional claims.
Familiarity with Pre-action Protocols, Low Value Personal Injury Portals, CRU, and London Market procedures.
Strong ethical standards and accountability.
Willingness to mentor and support the development of team members.
