Senior Claims Adjuster

Two Roles Available:

• Senior Claims Adjuster – Financial Institutions
• Senior Claims Adjuster – Financial Institutions & Cyber (Cyber experience essential)

Core Purpose: Manage and resolve large, complex, and multi-jurisdictional FI claims; provide technical expertise; act as a key contact for stakeholders and maintain a leading FI portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of high-value claims, often exceeding USD 1,000,000
• Handle complex multi-jurisdictional FI losses
• Ensure accuracy in financial recording, reserving, and reporting within governance standards
• Act as a primary contact for brokers, clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders
• Support and strengthen the mature FI book
• Provide technical support, guidance, and feedback to colleagues and stakeholders
• Deliver efficient, fair, and timely outcomes to clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Represent the company in client, broker, and market meetings as required

Skills & Experience:

• Strong Professional & Financial Lines claims experience
• Proven technical expertise in handling multi-jurisdictional claims
• Skilled communicator, confident when working with both internal and external stakeholders
• High level of accountability, integrity, and ethical decision-making
• Strong work ethic, with the ability to manage large and complex caseloads
