Role:
Senior Claims Advocate – Warranty & Indemnity
Location:
London, Hybrid
Purpose:
- Manage the strategy, process and successful settlement of W&I and wider Financial Lines claims on behalf of major clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage W&I claims from first notification through to resolution.
- Lead negotiations with clients, underwriters, markets, brokers and appointed experts.
- Coordinate lawyers, loss adjusters and other specialists where required.
- Analyse claims data to identify trends and patterns across client portfolios.
- Negotiate claim payments and settlements.
- Coordinate settlement discussions between clients, underwriters and representatives.
- Support strategy on contentious and complex claims.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience handling claims from FNOL through to resolution.
- Strong knowledge of W&I claims and Financial Lines.
- Confident managing discussions with clients, underwriters, networks and experts.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
