About the Role

We're looking for ambitious individuals with a minimum of one year's experience in either recruitment or direct sales to join our growing London team.

Whether you've built experience within recruitment or have a proven track record of exceeding targets in a direct sales environment, you'll have the opportunity to develop a successful career with one of the UK's leading insurance recruitment specialists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Headhunt and engage high-calibre professionals within the insurance market.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals and market research.
  • Attend client meetings and represent Emerald professionally to strengthen existing partnerships and develop new business.
  • Operate as a trusted recruitment consultant, providing expert market insight and advice to both clients and candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates through to negotiating offers and successfully placing talent.
  • Identify new opportunities within your specialist market through business development and relationship management.
  • Ensure the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance when handling sensitive information.
