Overview
Key responsibilities including however, not limited to the following:
- Ensure their claims department continues to deliver outstanding TPA services for capacity providers, always upholding Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and Conduct Risk principles
- Proactively manage claims from first notification of loss to settlement, analysing coverage, legal liability, and quantum within delegated authorities
- Build strong relationships with policyholders, brokers, underwriters, and capacity providers—delivering a customer experience that sets them apart
- Guarantee prompt, accurate reserving, pursue third-party recoveries, and minimize claims leakage
- Identify and escape key issues to the Emerging Risks Claims Manager and Claims Director as needed
- Support the Emerging Risks Claims Manager, Claims Director, and the wider claims team, collaborating closely with underwriters and providing valuable feedback on claims trends and product development

Qualifications Required
- CII qualification (or working towards it)
Experience Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A confident grasp of insurance policy wordings across multiple territories
- Experience with ECF (a strong advantage)
