As our Marketing Manager, you'll be at the helm of our marketing endeavors, ensuring that our campaigns resonate with audiences on a novel level and our brand builds equity.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities across conferences, social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), events, YouTube, etc.
- Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organise them efficiently, including the development and execution of our marketing and content calendar.
- Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design, social media, and organising the company’s publications.
- Manage the blog writing efforts to increase SEO and AEO rankings while ensuring high-quality content delivery.
- Spearhead the organisation of The Retention Conference by The Email Marketers.
- Become the organisation’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders, and potential clients and build strategic partnerships.
- Ensure the CEO and founder gets booked for conference speaking engagements and podcast appearances.
- Monitor progress and submit performance reports.
- Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.
- After each major campaign, conduct a feedback session with relevant stakeholders and implement at least two significant improvements based on the feedback for subsequent campaigns.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, website, blogs, marketing copy, etc.
- Aid in market research and gather insights to support campaigns.
- Monitor competitors’ marketing activities.

- Achieve a 20% increase in brand awareness over the next year.
- Increase the number of CEO bookings by 30%.
- Successfully launch and manage at least 5 major campaigns annually.
- Ensure a minimum ROI of 5x on all major marketing initiatives.
- Aim for a conversion rate of at least 10% to paying customers or clients from new leads generated from marketing efforts.
