We are currently looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our Truly Talented team. If you are friendly, courteous, love working as part of a team and are passionate about the hospitality industry, we would love to hear from you!
What we offer:
- £29,000 per annum
- Permanent, full-time contract (40hrs per week)
- Service charge
Your role:
You will work closely with the food and beverage leadership team in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the Hotel and the satisfaction of guests.
Responsibilities of Food and Beverage Supervisor will include but are not limited to:
- Deputising for the Food Supervising, encouraging and developing the food and beverage team
- Ensuring all service standards are maintained throughout the breakfast operation
- Ensuring that all tables are set and ready for welcoming guests at all times
- Ensuring that all guests' orders are taken and executed in a timely manner
- Having good knowledge of the food and beverage menu
- Responding to guests' queries on the menu selection
